Mrs. Dog’s Jerk Pork

Pork Tenderloin can be done a lot of different ways, and we recently tested Mrs. Dogs Jamaican Jerk Marinade on a pork tenderloin and it came out great! Below is a recipe for pork tenderloin and I can stress that the longer you marinate the meat, the more flavorful and hotter it gets!

Place the pork tenderloin, Mrs. Dogs Jamaican Jerk Marinade and the orange juice into a resealable plastic bag so that the meat is completely covered in the mixture. Leave it in there for 2 to 24 hours, the longer you marinate, the more flavor and heat comes from the marinade.

Grill Method: Place over direct heat and rotate so that it doesn’t burn but does sear on each side. Take off when temperature is 145 to 160F. The Grill Friends Glow In The Dark Instant Read Thermometer is great for this.

Saute Method: After marinating the meat, cut them into Oreo-width slices and saute in a non-stick skillet using 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter. Sear on each side until cooked all the way through.
