Mt. Olympus Rubbed Lamb Chop Recipe

Nantucket Off-Shore makes a great line of rubs and seasonings and one of our all time favorites is Mt. Olympus which is a Greek Flavored spice rub that is just fantastic on chicken or lamb! Here is a recipe for Lamb Chops that are simple and fantastic!

3 Tablespoons Mt. Olympus Rub

4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

4 Lamb Chops

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and spread both sides of lamb chops prior to cooking.
Grill Lamb Chops over medium direct heat for about 15 Min (For Medium Rare) Spread any leftover mix onto the chops after turning them on the grill.
Serve them as is or with some currant or mint jelly.
