Elizabeth Karmel designed this Super Silicone Kitchen Friends Roast Lifter and Turkey Lifter for anyone who has struggled with getting a turkey or roast from the roasting pan to the platter. She personally tried using tongs, two spatulas and her hands and has been left with a mess. I know quite a few holiday hostesses who let the turkey slip out of their hands and hit the floor, only to dust it off before proceeding!
