Hog Waller Pork & Rib Rub is both salty and sweet at the same time. Everything else sits in the background, including a bit of heat that comes in as a late, fleeting flash of spice. These flavors are clean, crisp and natural tasting. Ribs and pork all day long, and a must-try on pork chops.

I love the flavor delivery and the relative balance of this rub. Sweet and salt hit simultaneously followed by a nice roasted garlic savory hit and moderate chili pepper heat that lingers mid-tongue but doesn't really build up.
