Malcolm’s Jammin’ Jerk brings a mouthful of warm baking flavors like allspice, clove and nutmeg, which jump out front and never look back. The heat builds oh so gradually but stays in the “not too hot” zone.
Jazzy salty opening with some pizzazz. A jerk seasoning that’s not overpowering and a terrific departure from traditional BBQ flavors. There’s a nice backend heat that builds, and it works perfectly with all the other flavors.
