Best Cajun Seasoning

I lived in MS for five years, spent lots of time in New Orleans, and I've cooked extensively with all the big Cajun seasoning brands - basically the entire line of Tony Chachere's, Konriko, many Paul Prudhomme blends, and even Gumbo Shop. King Craw blows them all out of the water. Perfect balance of salt, pepper, spice, and heat.
