    Great on Ribs

    A couple of weeks ago, i cooked a slab of St.Louis pork spare ribs for my family. All i can say is they loved the ribs. My wife's favorite rib rub is the Cimarron Docs Sweet Rib Rub, but after tasting the Blues Hog, she now have two favorite rib rubs. This is a great well balance pork rub.

    I haven’t had a chance to try the sweet and savory but the Tennessee red sauce is outstanding.
