The Most Powerful Stuff Rocks the Tastebuds

I usually buy dry rubs by the 5 lb bags. I love this dry rub on my Baby Back Ribs and I give the ribs a glaze of UTZ Works Competition BBQ Sauce or UTZ Works Memphis Soul BBQ Sauce. WOW!!! This dry rub is #1 on my Favorite Rubs. I go through more than 20 lbs of dry rubs each year. Another top favorite dry rub is made by UTZ WORKS, The Works Dry Rub and #3 on my favorite list is Killer Bee Honey Rub by KOSMOS Q. Great on pork, chicken, bacon, & vegetables.

    Great Flavor and Color

    Great for color and seasoning!

    None better

I try lots of brisket rubs but keep coming back to this one. For years Aaron Franklin and others swore Texas BBQ was only salt and pepper. Now everyone knows that is a bunch of hooey. Always put good coat of 16 mesh pepper on first. Than a good layer of this. If I decide to inject I will put small amount in spice blender and add to injection. Wrap between 170° and 180°. Cook until done. Usually 200°-210°. If possible let rest at 140° for 4-8 hours. Good as it gets.
