A flavorful, easy to use fish fry mix that is great with all kinds of fish and great with oysters too! From Chef Hans!
INGREDIENTS: Corn meal, corn flour, salt, spices, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, extractives of spices (incl. lemon), natural flavorings.
DIRECTIONS: Dampen fish, meat or vegetables and lightly coat with mixture. Fry in hot cooking oil at 350° F until golden brown.
SUGGESTIONS: For best results use peanut oil for frying. For added tenderness, dip in egg wash (whole egg beaten lightly) first, then in coating.
