Rio Valley Meats was created by Fred Robles who is a butcher by trade and owns a butcher shop in Weslaco, Texas. Fred started his BBQ competition career with a borrowed smoker and a love for barbecue. The perfecto seasoning is an all purpose rub that is anything but ordinary, and the one two punch of his rubs needs to be tried. This flavor is so authentic and real and brings out so many classic BBQ flavors.

His rubs are used in his BBQ that have been awarded hundreds of first-place categories, 95 Grand and Reserve Grand Championships, and was recently named the 2019 American Royal World Champion and 2019 National BBQ Grand Champion.

INGREDIENTS: Sea salt, brown sugar, sugar, paprika, spices including chili pepper, dehydrated garlic and onion, monosodium glutamate, annatto seed (color) and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
