Lobo Loco Breakfast Bowl
- Brown ½ lb chorizo or your favorite breakfast sausage in a 3-4 qt saucepan
- Remove sausage and set aside
- Lightly saute 1 medium onion, 1 bell pepper and 2-3 jalapenos in the saucepan
- Stir in the following and simmer on low for 60 mins:
