The mix of the sugar, garlic and now spice truly brings out all of the flavor in pork, beef, chicken, fish, and all of your veggies. Boar's Night Out White Lightning Grill Seasoning is used by the Boars Night Out competitive grilling team and most recently was used to win the World Championship Steak Competition. Made in USA.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spices, garlic powder, natural flavor, and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

This stuff is the bomb!

This stuff is the bomb. Put it on a rib roast and was a huge hit. Perfect as a base layer along with your favorite barbeque sauce. Took vegetables to another level. The only beef/AP rub I will use. Great product. Not too spicy as even our young kids loved it as it’s full of flavor.

Terrific Garlic & Pepper Base with Heat

Boar’s Night Out is quickly becoming one of my favorite dry rub brands. From Boston Butts to Baby Backs, St. Louis, or even as an excellent seasoning to roasted Brussels, new potatoes, or any other veggie, this rub has it all. A great garlic, pepper, and salt-based rub with a little heat on the backend, this rub hits on all cylinders!
