The creator of All Q'Ued Up! is John Lindsey, an accomplished Pitmaster and Steak Cookoff chef who has created this the All Q'Ued Up! line of rubs, sauce and seasonings. So when he won the prestigious Myron Mixon Hog Drop we asked him what combo he used to win and he shared it with us! Start with a nice coating of Stateline Bold on the back side of the bones and add some to the front of the rack. Add some Sweet Thang to add the sweetness, and finish after the cook with the All Sauced Up for that final delicious glaze.
