Perfectly simple, perfectly delicious
I have used Chef Hans products for decades and my sons use them now. Along with the Cajun meat and poultry seasonings, the blackened fish seasoning is an easy-peasy way to turn fish like salmon, steelhead and catfish (OMG!) into a masterpiece. Sear on both sides for about 2 mins, cook on each side o medium for another 2 mins and you have it. And remember, this is a great excuse to use 2-3 tablespoons of butter and pour the pan drippings over the fish.
