This meal is perfect for a grill, flat top, or in a skillet on the stove. Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh salmon filet
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium sweet potatoes (2 cups)
- 1 lemon
- 3 TBS garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 TBS The Cure
- Dock of the Bay
- Fish Fry
- Sour Cream for topping
Lightly mix your salmon, eggs, sweet potatoes, a squeeze of a quarter lemon, garlic, onion & green onion, and The Cure together and form a patty.
Then dredge the patty in Fish Fry and take it to the grill.
About 450 degrees – about 8 min total for a medium center and a crust on the outside of the patty. Let the crust dictate the timing.
Garnish with sour cream & chive and top coat with Dock of the Bay.
