    This Dock of the Bay - remember when "that other Bay" used to be good? This is running a close second to Pitdaddy's American Tradition. Outstanding in all fish and seafood dishes. Used in my calamari dredge - better than ordering out. Shrimp boil - look out! This is a welcome addition to my collection. Mardi Gras style New Orleans dishes are coming our way with Dock of the Bay.
