Ingredients: Salt, paprika, red pepper, sugar, clack pepper, onion, garlic, ground mustard, coriander, allspice, ground cloves, bayleaf, lemon extract, capsicum extract
Directions: Add seasoning to water and bring to boil (water should cover seafood). After seafood is boiling, cook 5 to 10 minutes and turn heat off; let stand for another 15 minutes. Remove seafood; now ready to eat, or cool it down. Contents of package will season 30 lbs. or more of shrimp, crawfish, or crab for spicy results.
Suggestions: It is very good to boil new potatoes or corn on the cob in spicy boil until done.
