Heath Riles Hot Rub starts with a nice little pop of heat that gets your attention. The flavors are classic and tasty, but it’s the creeping, smoldering heat that makes it addictive.

I taste the slightest hint of something -- is that lemon? -- before a big balanced flavor wave of salt, heat and savory wash over my tongue. Over time, the heat remains and creeps up gradually. Imparts a lovely deep orange color on grilled creations. A very solid hot AP seasoning.
