The BBQ Pro Shop Huge Orange Pressure Sprayer, is referred to as the boss of high quality 2L compression sprayers ideal for basting your BBQ ribs, briskets and pork shoulders.  This is the largest orange sprayer on the market and is perfect for applying moisture to any grilled or smoked meats during the cooking process.

The HOSS has an easy to use pump action and a brass machined heavy-duty fully adjustable spray nozzle to allow you to manipulate the spray stream to meet your needs.  The Huge Orange Sprayer is designed with a large base to prevent spills and larger opening for ease of filling. The entire nozzle can be removed for easy cleaning and storage.

The huge orange sprayer creates a fine mist without having to pump a trigger which is ideal for basting and spraying pork butts, ribs, brisket and even your whole hog with less effort and more even coverage.

Start-Up Directions:

The Huge Orange Sprayer should be throughly cleaned before use to remove any manufacturing residue by filling with hot water and letting it set for a few hours. Also suggested that you spray the hot water through the system to get the hang of how it works and throughly cleanse the system.

To fill, unscrew the top and fill with desired liquid. We suggest that you do not use liquids with any rub or seasonings added, as the particles are likely to clog the sprayer.

Screw the lid back on Huge Orange Sprayer firmly so as to seal the top securly. To get the sprayer to work, you will need add pressure in the chamber by pumping the top plunger and pushing enough air into the sprayer to create pressure to displace the liquid. You will create pressure in the Huge Orange Sprayer, by pumping the black knob on top until the pump resists your pressure. How long you need to add pumps depends on how much liquid you poured into the sprayer. If only one cup of liquid, it could take a lot more pumps then if you add more liquid.

Ater pressurizing the chamber, turn the brass knob on the spray nozzle to closed position. Slowly open the spray knob until you receive a light mist of spray or the desired stream. You may need to add pumps to the Huge Orange Sprayer as needed to hold the pressure levels for proper spraying.

Sprayer Cleaning/Care:

We highly recommend that you throughly clean your Huge Orange Sprayer after each use and remove all of the liquid from the sprayer. Wash out your orange sprayer with hot, soapy water, and rinse thoroughly. It is suggested that you pump some clean water through the system after to clear out the spray mechanism. This will allow you to thoroughly clean the pump system, the brass nozzle, and the plastic part of the nozzle. Allow all parts to throughly air dry before reassembling and storage.

NOTE: While it is unlikely that you will overfill the Huge Orange Sprayer, if you do, it can degrade the ability of the sprayer to build pressure. Do not fill the chamber more than over 45-60 Ozs (1200ml to 1600ml) It is not reccomend that you store liquid in the Huge Orange Sprayer, and liquid should not remain in the orange sprayer longer than a 12-hour period.

It Works But it is Huge!

Finally got it to work. Like the description says it's huge. I should have realized that it relies heavily on the non-compressibility of water to function properly. I tried varying amounts of water but it wouldn't make pressure until I filled it to the 2 liter mark (Full capacity). If you're using it to spritz your cook consider how much waste you will have when you need to fill it full with cider vinegar, apple juice or bullion.
