Three Little Pigs Kansas City Competition BBQ Sauce is one of the most successful barbecue sauces on the competition circuit. Winner of eight (8) American Royal Championships, Chris Marks and the Three Little Pigs competition team use this sauce to bring home trophies for over two decades. A classic tomato based sauce starting with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, seasonings, and smoke. This balance of flavors is the genius of this sauce. Thick enough to stay put, thin enough to pour, even when cold.

At first whiff, a sweet and sugary aroma fills the nose with a bright tomato ketchup base along with an upfront, but not too strong, molasses component. Vinegar adds that contrasting tang, adds it’s lightness compared to the sweet that dominates. Finally, a garlicky undertone starts to identify itself, as well as a depth that clearly comes from Worcestershire.
