Perfect glaze

Ive used this bird bath on party wings and a whole deboned chicken , the glaze is not thick so its very manageable, you could slightly marinate or just glaze with it . The mango stands out with sweetness to it , the habanero is there but not super strong like you would think , it has a kick but again smooth . Its great i cant wait to try a rib glaze from texas pepper jelly
