Mixing Instructions:

1/3 cup injection to 2 cups water or other liquid will make enough injection for one full brisket or 15 pounds of beef. Mix with beef stock for extra beefy flavor. For competition quality, Melissa. recommends ½ cup injection to 2 cups liquid.
