My wife and I love all of the Plowboys sauces, but the KC Crossroads is our favorite and we use it in all sorts of dishes. For a "KC style" sauce, I like that it isn't too sweet. Nor is it too peppery. Just the right amount of tangy too! Just this week, while we were stuck in lockdown during the COVID crisis, we took a standard frozen cheese pizza and dressed it up with a layer of cheddar cheese, some shredded smoked chicken, a few red onions, and a generous drizzle of KC Crossroads over the top. A quick and tasty version of the classic BBQ Chicken Pizza.
