Sarah's Sea Salt Mediterranean Salt and Sarah's Sea Salt Tuscan Salt
Bought these products on Jeff's recommendation when I visited BBQ Pro Shop. I have tried both. As Jeff advised, they are best used as a finishing addition and both contain enough salt to eliminate the need for other salt. The Mediterranean salt has a broader array of herbs in it that the Tuscan but the Tuscan includes red pepper for a little extra zing. Applied lightly, both products go a long way in adding a final flavor profile to vegetables and pastas. I might use them to finish pork, chicken or eggs but I have not had the opportunity yet. Regardless, both are good as long as you remember that they do have plenty of salt in them. If I were to choose one to start with, it'd be the Mediterranean Salt.
