Sweet Seduction is a smooth and satisfying way to boost the sweetness of any protein. Brown sugar and honey flavors put everything else in the background. Works as a competition BBQ finishing power, too, once you run it through a spice grinder.
Used by itself, Sweet Seduction opens with a soft, ultra-sweet kiss backed by muted onion and garlic. Salt is an afterthought; heat non-existent. Works best as a light layer late in the cooking process. Add to sauced wings after they come off the grill or smoker for a sugary boost.
