    Outstanding rub

    Bill Purvis went from backyard cooker to one of the country’s top pit masters in a few short years. This is Rob rub and it is great. Use alone or as base with sweeter or more savory rubs. Wrapped or not taste and texture will make you top dog on your block.

Within a few years he went from a novice in neighborhood contests to one of America’s great pit masters. Winning major contests nationwide. This is his rib rub and it is outstanding. Easy to use and very amiable to layering although little is needed. Highly recommend this rub.

    Texture for days....

    I made ribs recently with this on half of them and it does have a killer pepper bite. Also be warned that the cracked pepper is big. I also appreciate the low salt and the brown sugar is there to balance out some of that chunky heat. When it sets in on the ribs, it looks beautiful.
