Willingham's Cool Breeze BBQ Sauce is hot, I mean, up there with the big boys and not for the faint of heart. We tried it this year at Memphis in May on some spare ribs that the Willingham's were cooking up and just fell in love with it! I like it hot and it is best used as a marinade/basting, finishing or dipping sauce. This is for those with a burning desire for a HOT BBQ sauce, there is no sweet, just heat. This is a combination of some serious spices from the HOT Stuff rub mixed with Original that goes well beyond the Cajun and is at the top of the heat scale for Willingham's.
INGREDIENTS: Water, distilled vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, salt, molasses, spices, and coloring. Less than 2% of the following: modified food starch, sodium diacetate, corn starch, garlic, soybean oil, MSG, onion, dextrose, horseradish, tomato powder, natural and artificial flavors, caramel color, malic acid, natural smoke flavor, xanthan gum, citric acid, torula yeast, guar gum, polysorbate 80, extractives of paprika, tumeric, carmel color.
