The crown jewel of Chef Hans seasonings, this is a classic blackened seasoning from the old school. Coat both sides of meat with seasoning. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over high heat. Add meat immediately. Blacken on both sides, over high heat. Reduce heat and cook until done to taste over medium heat.
Ingredients: Salt, spices (including paprika), dehydrated onion, herbs, dehydrated garlic, spice extractives (including paprika).
