Heath Riles BBQ Butter Bath & Wrap is a powdered blend of butter, brown sugar, honey and selected spices that you mix with apple juice and use as the final wrap for ribs or pork. It's the formula Heath Riles uses on the competition circuit, and it gives you glossy, tender, competition-style ribs without melting butter and measuring sugar at the smoker.
Mix the full bag well with 5.5 cups of apple juice. Wrap each slab of ribs with 3/4 cup of the mixture and cook until it reaches the tenderness you like. A whole bag, mixed, is enough for about 8 slabs of ribs. You can also use it with pork or other meats.
For a full competition-style rib, season with Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub and Heath Riles Honey Rub, wrap with Butter Bath, then glaze with Blues Hog Original BBQ Sauce.
Available in a single bag.
