Holy Cow
The only rub I have used from the trinity is Holy Cow. Wow, this rub really brings the flavor of the meat to life. I used a Treager pellet smoker to cook a boston butt using mustard as a binder. Let it sit for at least 24 hours before cooking. Smoking it for several hours low and slow and wow the best we have had yet... I highly recommend Holy Cow but while it is on sale get the Holy Trinity together for the best price.
