    Meathead’s Amazing Smoked Red Meat Seasoning and Brine is a variation of his amazingribs.com famous Cow Crust recipe, used by many, it was time to package this incredible meat seasoning so all you need to do is shake and go!

    Ingredients: Hickory smoked sea salt, spices including black pepper, dehydrated garlic and onion, ancho chili pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, natural smoke flavor, coffee, thyme, and chipotle chili pepper.

    Directions: Sprinkle one tablespoon per pound of meat two hours or more before cooking to allow the salt to ionize and become a brine to enhance flavor and juiciness while building a crusty “bark” on the surface.
