An easy way to impress friends at home with the easy to use Chef Hans master dessert. Banana foster mix is the perfect ingredient, just add bananas and serve over vanilla ice cream for the perfect treat.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, sugar syrups, caramel coloring, natural artificial flavorings (including lemon and orange oi), less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

DIRECTIONS: Heat skillet, moderate heat, add mix with 1oz. dark rum, add 2-3 bananas quartered and sliced, and flame. Add 1 oz. water; gently mix together. Serve over Vanilla ice cream. Alcohol optional (use 2 oz. water if no alcohol is used.
Optional: Add 2 pats (or 1 tsp.) unsalted butter.
