Chef Han's Peach Cobbler Mix is a all one recipe that allows you to make delicious cobbler every time. You can add peaches, just like Grandma's. The mix also allows you to substitute your favorite fruit like blueberries, or apples. This cobbler mix is perfect when served warm with your favorite ice cream.
Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Leavening (Bicarbonate of Soda, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Calcium Sulfate, Mono Calcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Salt, Spices, and Spice Extractives, Natural and Artificial Flavorings.
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix 1/2 stick butter or margarine in a baking dish. Mix 2/3 cup milk into Peach Cobbler Mix. Pour batter on top of butter, then pour 1 can (15-16 oz.) sliced peaches with juice in top of batter. For fresh peaches use 2 cups of peeled and sliced peaches mixed with syrup. (For syrup, use 1/4 cup granulated sugar dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water). Bake 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
