If you are growing increasingly tired of dry, and flavorless chicken, pork chops, turkey and venisons, this all purpose brine is for you! We recently made some chickens using this brine and not only were they bursting with flavor and moisture from the inside out, but the flavor was intense! If your Wild game is too “gamey” Game Changer Brine & Injection changes that. NO CHANGES were made to the recipe and it's exactly the same as always. However, for many years we have advocated the use of our brine as a pork injection and wanted to make clear on the new labels this was possible, and most importantly, recommended.

Ingredients: Sea salt, raw cane sugar, garlic, black pepper, onion, spices, chilies, blackstrap molasses, maltodextrin. No fillers, no MSG, no artificial colors, flavors or additives.
