The Captain's All-Purpose Garlic Rub balances a mix of sugar, two kinds of salt, garlic, spices and herbs to create an all purpose rub heavy on flavor. Made for beef, fish, chicken, pork, but excellent on vegetables, added into soups, and sprinkled over salads.

Ingredients - Sugar, Sea Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Corn Starch, soybean oil (processing aid), dehydrated parsley, less than 2% Silicon Dioxide to prevent caking.
