Use this with your steak and no further tenderizing is needed! If you are looking for a championship level steak, this is just one of your key ingredients. Wicked Pig's top secret formula for a tenderizing marinade can take you over the top.

Directions:

  1. Add two tablespoons of mix to 16 oz of water (substitute with beef consommé, stock or any desired liquid)
  2. Add liquid to 2 pounds of beef, pork or lamb for 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Pat dry and season with your favorite seasonings

Cook on desired heat source

Ingredients: Salt, maltodextrin, corn starch, sugar, paprika, garlic, caramel color, spice, roast beef flavor (natural flavor [contains maltodextrin and rendered beef fat], salt, beef stock, autolyzed yeast extract and spice), onion, yeast extract, papain and not more than 2% calcium stearate added to prevent caking.
Contains a bio engineeered ingredient.

    Wicked pig love the low sodium!

    I love this stuff i use it as part of my brisket injection love the low sodium and i have to watch my intake also use it for marinade on my steaks and other cuts of meat fantastic product my secret ingredient here in Madison Wisconsin Moose bq

    This is amazing!

    This is amazing! Low sodium and highly effective! I bought some cheap sirloins and this made it as tender as a ribeye! The flavor is good but you add your seasoning after you pat them down. Do not go longer than they say or it will get too tender! Thank you Wicked Pig for making it where i can buy cheaper steak cuts and still have that BUTTER TENDERNESS!
